About This Grant
Mini Mart City Park will renovate a former gas station in Georgetown into a pocket park, an arts center, and community gathering space. They will hire a general contractor via competitive bid with construction anticipated Nov. 2016 - Sept. 2017 and grand opening in Oct. 2017. They will host community meetings to provide project updates and develop programming once built. MMCP is committed to providing free public events and programs as part of programming for at least 5 years.
