Raised Bed Poplar Root Prevention Pilot

About This Grant

The Ravenna Community Garden group will improve two beds at the Ravenna Community Garden located at 6535 Ravenna Ave NE. Over the years roots from a nearby tree have invaded most of the beds.The Project will involve renovating one low bed and one high raised bed. Once completed this will allow the group to evaluate their options and help them decide future renovations at the garden. This project will be completed in early spring of 2022.
