Center for Aging Well

About This Grant

We have been serving the community for 52 years and through a strategic planning process, we identified a need to expand our offerings. We're planning to do this through our Center for Aging Well model where we provide programming within our current building in the Alaska Junction as well as expanding to Delridge, Arbor Heights, Morgan Junction, and Roxbury. We will update our brand image and work we do by hiring a communications consultant and graphic designer to help us with our name change. We also need a new website and we're planning to have a mural painted on the exterior of our Senior Center building.
