Himalayan Winter - Cultural Festival

In January 2024, Tasveer will organize a one-day cultural festival at the Seattle Opera Center titled Himalayan Winter, celebrating the people and cultures of the Himalayas. This vast region encompasses Tibet, Nepal, Bhutan, northern and northeastern India, Kashmir, and the Gilgit-Baltistan regions of Pakistan. Free and open to the public `Himalayan Winter` will draw around 200-300 people to the Seattle Opera Center's Tagney Jones Hall. The festival will showcase food, music, and performances that celebrate the rich and diverse cultures of Himalaya.
