About This Grant
The Weedin Place Gateway Project is a collaborative project between the Roosevelt Neighborhood, SDOT, OED, and OAC. The project will convert a dangerous cut-through street into a safe public space. This gateway from Greenlake will be a pedestrian and bike friendly zone that bridges the gap between the 1-5 Park and Ride and the Sound Transit Light Rail station in the center of the Roosevelt commercial district.
