NewHolly Woman's Sewing Project and Support Group

About This Grant

The NewHolly Woman’s Sewing Class will expand to four 40 hour 10 week sessions to teach technical sewing so that the participants can learn to produce culturally appropriate garments and a sewing portfolio -essential for employment or further training. For those women who do not wish to pursue further training, they can join the more informal sewing support group where they can discuss a variety of subjects in a supportive and nurturing environment.
