Fitness is Fun June 22nd-June 24th Judkins Park

About This Grant

We will host a 3 day health and fitness clinic, for boys and girls ages 6 to 14. The clinic will take place June 22nd to June 24th from 9am to 12pm at Judkins Park. Each day youth will focus on stretching, running and football fundamentals, while learning about health and nutrition. We will have fitness and nutrition experts to inform the youth about healthy living and wellness. We will perform pre and post assessments test for each participants.
