Strengthening Somali Community Health Outcomes

About This Grant

The Somali Health Board will work with a Community-Based Participatory Research consultant to survey the Somali community in Seattle about health priorities and prepare a report with draft implementation plan that will be shared with the community for input. This consultant has agreed to donate time and services to this project. Two MPH students will be hired to assist with the community research. Focus groups, community roundtables, and health forums are part of the project.
